Scolari Heads For Blues After Tournament

Chelsea Football Club have confirmed in the past few hours that Portugal’s world cup winning Brazilian head coach, Luiz Felipe Scolari, will become their new manager after Euro 2008.
Scolari, who is currently trying win Portugal their first ever European Championship, has agreed the offer to occupy the so far vacant managerial post at Stamford Bridge.

Portugal 1-2 Greece Match Report

Georgios Karagounis scored two free-kicks for European champions Greece to ensure Otto Rehhagel’s side overcame Portugal for the third time in as many meetings. Greece went ahead when the former Benfica player lashed home a stunning 20-metre free kick after 33 minutes. Karagounis made it 2-0 from another 20-metre free kick 26 minutes later.
